Fox News ,via the Sean Hannity Show, did it's best to rehabilitate the shaky image of Rick Perry tonight, although how rejuvenated his campaign may look to objective eyes seems hazy at best.

Perry's big conclusion of the interview- Barack Obama believes he's smarter than other people and this belief is hurting America in the eyes of other countries.

"Barack Obama thinks he's the smartest guy in the room", Perry says, and it is hurting America's conduct of foreign affairs.

Perry didn't speculate as to what damage being the dumbest guy in the room might do.

Guided by Hannity's gentle questioning, Perry was more than willing to concede that he can't match debating wits with President Obama.

"He's a great debater" but a lousy President according to Perry. When asked by Hannity to speculate as to why Obama had failed so badly as President, Perry said   "he (Obama) had a privileged upbringing. He's never had to work for anything in his life"
