The anchor desk for MSNBC's midterm election coverage consisted of Lawrence O'Donnell, Eugene Robinson, Keith Olbermann, Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow. All of these people are liberals or politically left to various degrees. During coverage the repeatedly voiced their disgust at many of the election returns and often mocked and ridiculed Republican winners. What on earth is this station thinking? Just a few years ago they were roundly decried for biased election coverage and they vowed not to do it again. But they did.
