Clinton Blogger : "Republicans Have Video Dynamite" - Michelle Obama Railing Against 'Whitey' at Wright's Church

Today, on ABC's "Good Morning America," Barack Obama lost his cool, calling names and making unspecified threats. Why? Ostensibly, it's because the Tennessee Republican Party issued an Internet video featuring Michelle Obama saying she's proud of being an American only because her husband is running for president. Well, yes, we all heard that awhile ago.
But the real reason for Obama's extraordinary freakout is that he fears the release of the videotape, reported here, of Michelle Obama in the pulpit of Rev. Jeremiah Wright's church railing against "whitey." And we don't mean Whitey Ford. Four Republican sources have told me that the tape exists. I've also been informed that Karl Rove and his allies have a copy of it and are using it to raise funds for independent expenditure groups. The tape, I'm told, will be disclosed as the GOP October Surprise. It's a ticking time bomb.
And I've learned that a right-wing Republican billionaire has put a $1 million bounty on the video. He doesn't want John McCain to win, like a number of conservatives, and thinks Obama is a pathetically weak candidate. The billionaire wants that video released now.
Obama, speaking on ABC's "Good Morning America" showed fear through his name-calling: "If they think that they're gonna try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful. Because, that I find unacceptable. … The notion that you start attacking my wife or my family — you know, Michelle is the most honest, the best person I know. She is one of the most caring people I know. She loves this country. And for them to try to distort or to play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her I think is … just low class."
Does Obama have a copy of the "whitey" video? We know that he knows that his wife knows. The video really does exist. If we have to wait until October to see it, Obama might explode before then from the tension.

I now have it from two three sources close to senior Republicans that they have video dynamite–Michelle Obama railing against "whitey" at Jeremiah Wright's church. Republicans may have a lousy record when it comes to the economy and the management of the war in Iraq, but they are hell on wheels when it comes to opposition research. Someone took the chance and started reviewing the recordings from services at Jeremiah Wright's United Church of Christ. Holy smoke!! I am told there is a clip that is being held for the fall to drop at the appropriate time.

No, no but I'm sure they have the video in the same place that Saddam had the WMD.
This is assuming the blogger isn't writing under the fire of snipers too.

You can laugh, I can laugh, we all can laugh. I offer this story for everyone's amusement. There are two things that raise this story out of the Hail Hai Hail Mary pass by desperate pro Clinton fanatics.
1. Unlike some other rumors might hear in a campaign, this one does not sound preposterous on it's face.
2. If such a video does exist, it would hurt Barack Obama badly. Michelle Obama may not be running for President, but she is running to be in our face for the next 4 years.

I'm sorry, but this is just flat-out stupid. Someone "took the chance" to start reviewing the videos three freaking months ago.
What? ABC News bought and reviewed the whole set months ago, then pulled only what they thought would be the most newsworthy Rev. Wright bits and ignored Michelle?

More than a little reminiscent of the Swift Boaters' claims that they were holding onto something so awesome in its shamefulness that Kerry would be quaking in his combat boots.
I remember the threat more than the actual hit job.

Hetep and Respect JohnRussell the shadow. The shadow knows - No he doesn't. You have been watching to mush FOX News and it has addled your brain.
Bush and your forty thieves have robbed the nation blind and are driving us into depression and refusing to care for the sick and hungry and this is what you want the American people to focus on. What is sad, is the fact that you think we will buy your distraction spin like in the old Bush days.
The video you should be worrying about is the video we have of you here on the vine.
To all - it is a riot to watch the Obamaites try to spin their way ( and his) out of this disaster. If what Wright said Monday was so bad, why did it take months, or truthfully, years, for Obama to speak out about it ? Wright has been making these exact comments and statements for years, in some cases for decades. His fans act as if this sordid fact doesn't even exist. What a spectacle of dishonesty all the way around.

The only way to fight FUD is with Fire. Just doing my part.
It is good to see that Viners and the American people are not going down the old FUD rate hole anymore.

First of all, show me the video in which Obama was calling people names! I dont believe that for starters.
Secondly, Obama has called for ending the politics of fear. This threat of a video is just one more attempt by the GOP to continue the politics of fear so people will vote Clinton today, the opponent McCain wants to face in the general. Its all over the media today that Obama has the nomination, an attempt to get people in Montana and South Dakota to stay home from the polls.
We will not fall for it this time. Any idea can be promoted on tv or over the internet using photoshop and sound bites, repeated incessantly to be accepted as truth. Example, those WMDs in Iraq and those aerial photos to prove it.
We want integrity in our leadership. We want Barack Obama as the next President of the United States.
